"ShiZen" Massage

There are many benefits to having a massage treatment, not just on a physical level, but also on physiological level. For this reason, I have worked to create a massage treatment that targets both the body and mind. “ShiZen” or Balance is what this treatment is all about. The strokes that I use enable me to deliver a very different style of massage, whereby I use my body weight & my forearms to give a very deep treatment covering large areas of muscle. This is your treatment, so the length of time and the areas covered is very much up to you. You choose:

Eminence Hungarian herbal mud back treatment	£28.00	40 minutes

Ideal for congested skins prone to break outs, this anti-bacterial treatment involves a deeply cleansing exfoliation treatment using rosehip & maize, back steam, extraction, and healing Hungarian herbal mud masque. With 15 minutes massage add on, treatment cost will be £40.00.
